detroit style pizza came out perfect .. dough was thick but light and fluffy ... but it was like a pizza lasagna. I prefer the NY style

If rib eyes are on sale, I guess Ill do cheesesteaks for the game and keep the cheesy "food theme" thing going.

interesting tip - read a recipe that says freeze the meat for 30 mins or so prior to thin slicing it.
