I guess there's no good answer for what to do at the end of the season if they manage only 6-7 wins, but 7-9, 7-10, and 7-10 over three seasons is unacceptable right? He (RR) did say it was a 3-5 year plan though...

Obviously the best thing that could happen at this point is that they beat Dallas, and things start to click - but it's tough to see that happening after what we've witnessed over the last two weeks.
