The gummies and elixir kinda worry me bc like the elixir is a normal looking bottle with "cherry lime" on it, it tastes good but if you drink that 100 mg bottle .. you are not going to have a fun time.

edibles and elixir I buy from dispensary can be a pain to open with child locks. Sometimes you gotta get a screw driver to pry open.

Things to look for in these articles ... was it bought through a regulated dispensary or street? Here seems odd she sd she bought it from some random store but its delta 8 not delta 9 (typical weed)

Not sure how felony murder fits here. Death needs to be in commission or furtherance of a felony.

Delta 8 is legal to purchase off shelves in VA.
