Went "angus' roast vs chuck for my crock pot Sunday as the prices were the same .. knew it would be a meatier not fall apart cut but sometimes w chucks you get all this fat and not enough actual meat .. wasnt bad, you got more meat quantity but Id perhaps cook it less then pull out and slice like a loin
probably just roast the angus roast in convection oven honestly vs crock pot |
