I don't think they're being held back by the coaching but I also am not sure I see the coaching elevating the roster.

They're extremely mid on offense because the QB who can escape pressure is limited physically, and the QB who can't escape pressure is paired with an offensive line that allows pressure up the middle.

They need a better QB and more investment in the line. If you think you can upgrade coaching too I won't hate the move. But I'm more focused on quarterback.

This, we are asking Turner to race a Formula one car with 2 tires at best.
