Outside of fish tacos in Hawaii, this is the best piece of fish I've ever had. Thaw it out overnight in the fridge, then air fry it for 10 minutes, top it off with a little hot sauce, amazing.
 Air fryers are the best food invention since sliced bread. Texture counts:
