I still think, as a whole, the unit is better than last year's unit. Unfortunately, that's not saying much. And it's still a bad combination with the QB we currently have, paired with the game plan that was rolled out there this weekend.

The Bills just teed off on Sam knowing he holds on to the ball too much. The only way to counter that is to run the ball - effectively. We did that, but not nearly enough.

Like MTK/Mooby said - time to burn the tape and move on to Philly. Hopefully, they can make some adjustments to the offensive game plan this week. Otherwise, it will be the same result. Philly is good, but they aren't the Bills. It's a game that can be had.

Yeah, Eric really needs to balance the passing/rushing to help Howell and the Oline.

On a different note, it will be good to see how Howell respond after yesterday. Howell said, "the sun will come up tomorrow" so this is a good sign that he is aware that yesterday was just one game and can move on easily. The downside is the opponents now know that their defense plan is to confuse Howell, so Eric and Howell need to have plans to counter that defense plan.
