The whole game was Ron working against his own players. This was a winnable game and Ron, by himself, blew it. I've never seen anything like it. His only jobs are to challenge plays and call timeouts/manage the clock and he does it all poorly. He hits at a 100% clip doing those things poorly. He's got to go. He has to.
