Was hanging his hat on changing the culture and finding a quarterback. The quarterback was an obvious choice when Sam hit round 5. Wow. Real genius there. And he didn’t do anything for the “culture “ on or off the field. Couldn’t even take responsibility for his losing ways.

My biggest gripe with RR is he didn’t change anything at the right time. Every decision was too late. Seems like the press would force him to make decisions by their tone in press conferences. If Ron didn’t have to do interviews, Cheeseman would still be on the team.
There is no accountability for poor play.
I don’t know if he has dementia but I get the feeling he is still waiting to see what Heiniki can do at QB.
