I think every returning player on the roster come camp will be a potentially different story this year. I have no doubt this new staff will be a step up, whether it's capability, chemistry, leadership or any combination thereof. That gives everyone a better chance to excel than before. Facts.

There's going to be a new vibe, new energy going into the 2024 season. The staff that is being assembled will see to that, and we have the leaders on the team to make that resonate in the locker room. It's pretty exciting for a change. I don't even care what they end up doing at #2, because I just know we have better decision makers at the helm. So whatever they do, from my perspective (as jamf suggested) it's the right decision.
