No idea how good these guys are but it's refreshing to find someone who's prepared to put their head on the block rather than just follow perceived wisdom.

A professional highlight came in 2017 when Cleveland Browns’ owner Jimmy Haslam personally wrote to me and asked me for my ideas. That turned into 166-page GM proposal, which I sent to him in the Spring of 2018.
