First they got rid of free seats and I thought that would be the end of it but now that 2 free checked bags are dead I probably won't be returning after my flight to Chicago next month. Their service has declined and now there's no financial benefit to sticking with them.

Nothing ever gets better for actual customers now. Never a benefit. Usually pay more for less.
