 2015, President Barack Obama awarded Tom Homan the Presidential Rank Award for Distinguished Service. This award is the U.S.'s highest civil service honor for senior career leaders. At that time, Homan was the Executive Associate Director for Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). It’s simply amazing to listen to the left these days.
