Rumours they got cold feet after the physical because of recovery time and possible degenerative condition.
Talk also that the Ravens will go after Oweh as a replacement. Anyone think this is actually likely? Would leave a sour taste in a lot of mouths if they poach someone else's signing because they screwed up on a trade, never mind the sour taste the Raiders have from their withdrawing from it.
