That's how I saw it. Tops 5 wins but maybe more now that Dart is out. That could be 2 wins right there.

I hope we are not drafting a QB in the first few rounds of the draft. This elbow thing is a freak injury. But you will always need to invest in a top back-up.

The team isn't good enough to win a lot of games without him. You have to keep building up the rest of the roster. You can't waste another what could be a top 5 pick on a QB. They need a corner and a few o-linemen badly. They can fix a lot of their issues next off season if AP can pick the right guys.

If we truly suck this year (likely) and win only a few games or none, it'll be interesting to see what Harris does with Quinn/Peters. I could see him getting new guys in there or retaining them due to all the injuries. Harris can be difficult to get a read on. It's truly crazy to think he owns the Devils and 76ers also. Would love to know what is going through his head currently about this team.

even with a healthy JD with this D i'm not sure we would have won many games .. Maybe 6-7 .

With a healthy Tunsil and JD5 I was optimistic. 9-10 wins was attainable. Losing both wrecked this season so far. Peters doing nothing after the Tunsil injury ensured oline would not be good. SMH.

AP just had a presser no definitive answers on JD but did say surgery is not on the table and not putting him on the IR

The NFL refs are a damn joke and until the league understands this the games are not Legit...it's bad enough to pull for a team that is struggling with injuries and questionable talent but then have to watch the zebras take over then it becomes unwatchable ..

Looks like we will be without Okonkwo, Luvu, Cross, and Cosmi. That's pretty rough (on top of the others we all know are out). I am not expecting this game to be competitive.

Having said that, as bad as the back end of our defense has been, and as mediocre (at best) as the O-line has been, we were competitive against the Eagles (in their stadium no less). We also had chances to tie Dallas going into the half and should have tied them in the 3rd quarter but for the appalling incompletion call by the officials. Obviously, the wheels came off after that and giving up big plays has been a massive problem.

But our running game and run D have been stout, and our passing game has showed some potential (Diggs and Williams have been real bright spots). And before his injury, Cross was playing well on the back end (the only one, really), and Styles looks like he's going to be very good too. There are bright spots (although not enough of them), and it's still pretty early. I'm not quite ready to give up on the team or the season yet, even though we have a rough initial stretch, particularly with all the injuries. But I'd really like to see what this team can accomplish if we can get Amos, Cosmi, Luvu, Okonkwo, Cross, and, of course, JD5 back and healthy. And no more injuries, please!
