We all know DQ really isn't a great coach. He's a middle of the pack to lower tier coach. He's proven he can't manage the game. It is what it is. They probably told JD to chuck the ball OB but he wanted to play hero ball and lost his awareness. Regardless it's on DQ because there was no need to run a play there.

I'm going to ride it out with DQ unless it totally goes off the rails. The team plays hard but they lack talent. And Jones as DC hasn't really impressed me all that much.

How much further off the rails could it go than today? Its literally as far off the rails as you can go. Firing him is the right thing to do. Anyone who performs like that at their job should be fired.

Daronte Jones d' makes good plays but giving up a 2 touchdown lead in the 4th quarter is inexcusable. Should've never gone to overtime.

They showed a replay of a zero blitz where you could see what looked like Terry breaking free. JD has to throw it. He's either just throwing the ball out of bounds or tries to break out of the pack and run the ball. Just throw it. Chances are at least a PI will be called.

A loss where the team was not competitive. That was not the case. I'm all for moving on from DQ after the season, but not now.

I'm with you. Season might be lost in a month or two but 1-3-1 is not some insurmountable deficit. Stay pissed off, stay hungry, hit the practice and the film room and save this feeling for next week.

If Quinn can't get his shit together for the rest of the season he's already fucked anyways, firing him now just means you're giving up on the year and you're happy satisfying the fan bloodlust. We still have another 12 games to play.

This is why I prefer a offense first head coach. There obviously are exceptions but I prefer someone that is calling the game and also running it as well. Let the defense guys worry about their side which isn't running the game and being responsible for time outs.

As egregious as this was, people are forgetting they blew a 14 point lead to crab legs at home.

I'm indifferent to what side of the ball they coach. But I want them to not be an absolutely horrendous loser. Quinn is and will always be a loser. I don't trust Quinn to boil a hot dog properly.

Note - That being said I think you're correct on preferring an offsensive HC overall. BMore has shown its way harder to sustain a good defense than sustain a good offense.
