Marcus's stock is not high, AT ALL. He didn't play well against good teams. He is thug and an idiot. I dont see many teams wasting a pick on a guy who played one season in college football and wasn't dominating at all. His best bet would be to go to another school , try and get his shit together and play football. Difference between him and Michael is , mike had to work for everything he got, Marcus has been given everything. and as dominant as Mike was in college, I would not even put him in top 5 of QBs in the NFL, Maybe top 8. he is the most overrated player in the NFL.
