If it is true it means an awful lot in Gibbs eye's, especially with an inside guy like Springs who Gibbs loves in his ear. But that has to be confirmed, but if true I think he's a skin, he want's to be [from what I have heard] around his best friend who from what I have heard is Springs. I will have to admit he looked like a new man in minnesota, there may be possibilities unfolding in the near future on this one.
