He's not a FA, but he's in the final year of his contract. The team is already committed to Brunell and Campbell, though, and it would make no sense to keep Ramsey inactive as a #3.

As my Post No. 1 in this thread says. Ramsey can make a trade work for everyone if he's willing to sign an extension with his new team, perhaps one heavy on incentives for performance rather than salary and bonus.
