As a person with only 1 foot...they suck.
They "should" be ashamed of themselves. Meanwhile some REAL hadicapped person wheelchaired from the back of the parking lot. jerks

also did anyone remember at TO's court hearing TO was parked in a 10 min parking spot for like 10 hours? They should have towed his car. What more proof did they need? it was being televised
