Actually that's very much to the contrary.
If there is NO CBA, we have enough restructures in place to sign all draft picks, maybe maybe a small acquision or two. If there IS a CBA, we're ready to go shopping. The relief from Arrington is more significant than you might imagine. It's not like the Skins are trying to get Edge. Maybe not Abraham, but none of the rest of those guys could be completely out of their price range.
