seriously, we have a 2nd rounder and a bunch of vet min picks.

new cba = re-prorate everyone over an extra year and the ability to prorate option/roster bonuses into signing bonus. plus jansen/thomas/brunell could now turn base roster into bonus money for a far greater savings than before (cause the 30% rule no longer applies and the extra year to pro-rate over).

the upper limit is close to ~26mill, though 19-20mill might be more realistic.
