Re: Wynn cut (maybe)
He's a decent contributor and I think we need Wynn's leadership in the locker room with so many new free agents............
P.S. he's from notre dame.....my fav college team too........... :course this has nothing to do with my sentiments towards the guy

Re: Wynn cut (maybe)
I think they's cut Patten before Wynn. You can never have enough defensive line depth. Wynn like Daniels can also play inside. GW is going to have a alot of versitile players this season, something he loves. He is known as one of the leaders is in this lockeroom Gibbs respects that.
Patten on the other hand has two strikes against him. One, he cannot play special teams...McCants couldn't or wouldn't...where did that get him as the 4th reciever...out the door. Two, Gibbs has always had a low tolerace for guys who stir things up in the Press. Could the fact that he gets paid way too much to be a 4th reciever be strike three...we'll see soon enough. |

I think right now our focus should be depth at CB, LB, OL, DL... thats pretty much accepted by everyone I think. Lets not have another instance of sub-par CB's not being able to fill in for an injured Springs. That got a little ridiculous. |
