I wish we could just pick up Ogunleye. I know he's expensive, but he would really solidify not only our D line, but our Defense as a whole..

last year and this year were both a huge step up from previous years because we were going after up and coming young players, not people on the downside of their career. We signed a bunch of DTs trying to fix a problem and didnt, and Canidate didnt turn out well. But Trung was what Spurrier wanted, he was young, some potential and was fast as hell. So I dont think that was a bad move, just one that didnt turn out the way we hoped.

Looks like Holsey's off the market... he signed with the Rams.

I agree.. he would have been a solid, hardworking, inexpensive player.

we'll have a better chance of getting ogunleye next season, cuz he'll sign on with the fins half way through the season so he can become a 4 year veteran and be an unrestricted free agent. we could dump wynn and pick up ogunleye with the prices being somewhat similar but the age and pass rushing abilities swinging heavily in favor of ogunleye. i think we're done picking up people this year except for training camp scrubs who at the most will be special teamers.
