It isn't a slam dunk not guilty. There is at least enough there for the judge to allow the prosecution to take it to trial. When you put anything in the hands of a judge and jury, anything can happen.
None of us can possibly know what evidence either side has at this point. Almost all of the evidence that has been publicly released has been pretty bad for ST. As a result, it is foolish to put the chances of a positive outcome at better than 50%.
