Where is all this evidence of young QBs succeeding?
Roethlisberger is the exception to the rule. For every Roethlisberger there are is a Joey Harrington, David Carr, Patrick Ramsey, etc.
QBs don't typically take their teams to the Super Bowl in year 2.
