hehe

But back to topic, this is where i dont get whats going on with some of you here.

1. You want to get Ogunleye this year because we cant deal without a pass rush THIS SEASON

2. By getting him, we have to give up Samuels, losing our left tackle for THIS SEASON

3. And now you all are looking for tackles for NEXT SEASON

I dont really see the sense behind this. We will lose our left tackle this year, and just create another hole. yes it will be fixed next year surely, but we need him now, just as we will surely fix our d line next season. Seems kinda hypocritical to me

Right on Big C, I say no on trading Samuels this year. He is one of the top rated tackles in the league and not because he has help next to him. He is gonna ancor our line this year just wait.

O-lines take too long to mesh to just start throwing in guys this late, but samuels may be on the trading block next year... however, i thought O-line guys generally don't play much their rookie season...

i don't have any problems with samuels though, if he has a crap season, i'll re-evaluate.

The Elton Brown who plays basketball is actually the cousin of the football elton brown. If im not mistaking Elton brown the football player won the award for the acc's best lineman last year as voted by the coaches. But as mentioned in an earlier post UVA doesnt get much publicity and the press left them off of there All ACC team. Elton Brown would be a great addition and there is a good possibility of him slipping to the second round.
