i think you're talking about thomas howard. They're very different players... D'qwell is undersized and slower, with less pops on hits, but has better field awareness and understanding right now (polish).

howard is faster than mcintosh, but has less awareness, and phones it in sometimes.

the three aren't that far apart in talent, but one is polished (D'Qwell) and one is potential (howard), so they'd rate different depending on what a team is looking for (raiders would rate howard the highest, steelers might rate D'Qwell the highest). McIntosh is somewhere in the middle. He doesn't have size/speed or motivation issues though.
