Kudos to Bank of America. I can't say enough good things about them.

A big F*** You goes to any and all government agencies. The INS and IRS in particular.

Nice thread. I love Allstate Insurance. I've had one auto claim and one homeowner's claim with them, and they've been prompt, friendly, accurate, and most of all, they were great communicators throughout the whole process. They called me whenever there were updates to my claim status and they took the time to explain everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. I also broke down over Thanksgiving weekend this year, and their roadside assistance arrived exactly when they said it would. That's pretty impressive considering how much traffic you see on Thanksgiving.

Worst? PennDOT is way up there for me (DOTs for all states are probably the same). The receptionists at my doctor's office are pretty unhelpful too - they give that wonderful attitude that seems to say that my business is a nuisance to them.
