Jamal Reynolds ... Fair Game... but who wants to play??

Can everyone here focus for a moment on the Packers/Colts deal that was in place?

Reynolds was a first round pick of the Packers not too long ago. However, his on-field productivity in the NFL has been "disappointing" to be most polite. If you want candor, he has stunk like a skunk's butt. What did he bring in trade value? A conditional 7th round pick that could be upgraded to a 6th round pick if he was in on more than a certain percentage of the Indy defensive snaps.

Please remember this the next time someone here proposes that the Redskins trade their 4th wide receiver for two first round picks and a player. Market value for players who have not demonstrated a high level of on-field productivity in the MFL is really pretty meager. People take chances drafting someone; people usually don't take chances on other teams' castoffs or scrubs.

The Skins d-line is still pretty weak, but Jamal Reynolds is not enough of an upgrade to take the chance that he will be healthy and able to play.
