40 years old is pretty infantile in the world of NFL ownership is it not?lashing out at underlings has probably alot to do with his success in the business world thus far, but i agree that lashing out at underlings who KNOW MORE THAN YOU on a certain subject than you is bad. somehow i dont think he'll be doing that to Joe Gibbs. who technically, is an underling.

Joe Gibbs is one hell of a football coach but even he will not claim that kind of power.

Like many of us, Snyder basically worshiped Gibbs while he was growing up and rooting for the Redskins. Plus Gibbs is not only one hell of a football coach, but he is also a damn good businessman...see Nascar....
Danny knows he can learn a lot from him, and he will.

If Snyder isn't smart enough to stay in the shadows, sign the checks and let his outstanding coaching staff handle their business, then this franchise is in BIG trouble for as long as he owns the team.

If Gibbs can't win here, no one can.
