It's a really good movie but there's only 3 movies that should qualify as required viewing for a Man Law: Aliens, Predator and Conan the Barbarian.
All other movies watched after these core movies are considered electives.

My biggest problem with putting Aliens on that list is that the main character is a woman. She ends up saving everyone.

I would replace it with something along the lines of Bloodsport.
