Why is Steve Smith considered the best in the league? Not insinuating that he isn't a top WR but he need's to show me more consistency than having 2 out 3 good years. You can't hold the year he broke his leg against him. Go on YouTube and watch his highlights from last year. Also take a look at what he did to Smoot. That will answer any questions that you have. As good as Santana is, Smith is on a whole different level.
