T.O. Out for entire pre-season!

I think the confusion is that TO said he'd be out for the first game. He then followed that with something like "They don't need me until September anyway" And that led to some to think he said he'd be out for the whole preseason. Which may or may not be the case.

BTW, if anyone isn't acting happy, you are kidding yourself. THis is great. I don't want him to have a season ending or career ending injury but something to mess up timing is a great thing. I am very happy. I do hope he recovers fully from this at sometime but not during the preseason and I do hope it carries over effects into week 2.

This is just an excuse to skip camp.....he's magically gonna find a cure at the end of camp and we're all gonna hear how heroic he is about it.

I agree. slow him down a little, or better yet - get the other cowpokes mad because he doens't come back to practice quickly, the start of the TO tumor.
I'll take a win over dallas about anyway they come, but it would be all the sweeter if we beat em soundly w/TO on the field. Just imagine ST or AA laying him out & him later blaming Bledsoe for putting the ball out there.

owens is faking hurt cause he doesn't want to play in preseason. He had almost a year to heal up so injuries should not be his problem

All of the verterans secretly hate Training Camp and Preseason. But in this case I would think T.O. needs some time in a game type situation to get comfortable with his new team. He is so "about me" that it is sick anyway. It won't take long before he is a real distraction again. He thinks he is God's gift to every football team and it won't take long before that attitude shows up in the locker room and all of his team mates can't stand him.

Exactly, especially Bledsoe. He needs to feel comfortable throwing the ball to his receivers. That level of comfort is gained through practice. It has to be particularly frustrating for him.

he aint hurt but maybe he is resting his ego for the upcoming season.
and i agree TO is a waste of space but he is doing great on the stationary bike though,lol.
they always give the eagles an easy schedule but the division is the sign for everybody.

i,m ready for some football..
