Possible Ricky Williams sub
I'm surprised Ricky Watters hasn't been mentioned. In previous years, he has flirted with returning, but wanted to be paid well to do so. He has always been productive, even though he's a head case.
I'm not saying they should sign him, but I am surprised it hasn't been explored.

I'm suprised they're not trying to go after DeShaun Foster, too. I'm sure he would cost quite a bit (if Carolina would even consider it), but he'd be worth it to them.

You know.... it WOULD make sense sending Ogunleye to KC for Larry Johnson and a draft pick or two... the Chiefs NEED a pass-rusher
I could see that happening. One side note where I throw in an opinion that puts me on an island... The Dolphins happened to sign as a rookie free agent, one of the best running backs in the country last season at Iowa... Fred Russell. This guy is EXPLOSIVE. Anyone who watched him in even ONE game last year could see the talent. Of course, because he stands 5'7" ... he didn't get drafted. You know, Hall of Fame weekend is coming up and there is a particular Running Back (who retired in his prime) who was 5'7" also being honored... I'd say give Fred a chance down there in Miami!! ... but .. what do I know?

I dont see Kanas City giving up Johnson for Adewale, expecially if the dolphins also want picks for them. He was a first round pick last year, and Priest is getting up their in age, they need him to take some of the load off of priest and to groom him for when Holmes retires. They do need an end but they wouldnt give up picks and their running back for him.

carolina may be a decent place to look... seems they like foster a lot in car, but davis still has some good years left... and foster is good enough to possibly demand picks AND AO... interesting thought, though ti seems unlikely.

yeah, carolina's D line is definately set and davis got hurt last year, but thats why it doesn't seem likely. He's definately a backup RB that looks like he can step up to prime time.
