Who makes these Leather Helmets?

I did a google search and found one that Reebok makes but it is burgundy and gold whereas this one is just dark leather. I'd love to have one for wearing with my 1945 Throwback Stall and Dean jersey. If I have to I may bid on this one but would like to know more such as availability and retail cost and who makes them. Thanks Hail Skins!
