Re: The Season Is Over
Where the Hell is James Posey? I thought that he would be an impact player seein is how he played for GW and JG in Buffalo. I guess he is being used bout as much as TJ Duckett. HAIL from Nashville!

Re: The Season Is Over
I didn't know James Posey was on the team. I know there's this guy named Jeff Posey, and he's a backup to Marcus Washington, who is essentially the best linebacker on our team, so that means Jeff Posey isn't gonna get much pt unless Marcus was to get injured.

Are you fucking kidding me? What makes you think Jason Campbell would do any better when the time of possession is almost 2 to 1 in the other teams favor???????? Do I think Campbell should play, yes, but to think he could go 8-2 when our defense can't stop anyone and our team has ZERO heart is just a dream.

Well. we're done because no way will JG bench Brunell because he's not convinced the problem with this offense is Brunell. He will stick with this guy until he's no longer able to walk. JG may be damaging his great reputation with the fans if he continues to support Brunell and he continues to loose games as a result of it. |

Re: The Season Is Over
This same question was posed last year after we dropped 3 straight to fall and 6, and the overwhelming majority of people, myself included, said no freaking way we can rattle off 5 straight to make the playoffs. Remembering that, I am reluctant to make any absolute proclamations this early in the season. Every year at least one team starts of bad than rattles of a bunch in a row to roll into the playoffs.
Last year, however, there was at least some room for optimism, since we had controlled all 3 of those losses for 3 quarters, only to implode in the fourth and choke the games away. You could see, however, that we were very close to being a good team. We got some breaks in Arizon, than rattle of 3 straight dominating performances. This year, all we have to hang our hats on is that we are good on paper. At best we have been terribly inconsistent, but we have already been dominated twice on the road, while losing to two mediocre teams at home. What's worse is that the defense, which has kept us in games over the Gibbs II tenure we had no business being in, appears to have problems that go far beyond who is playing number 1 CB. Hey, a lot can happen, but you would have to be seriously insane to bet on the Skins right now. |

Re: The Season Is Over
At least the team remembered their helmets and equipment.
Has anyone seen the movie "PURE LUCK" with D.Glover/M.Short??? Is Ethan Albright the real portayal of this? Why has God forsaken the Skins? What did they do? Maybe Snyder bought the team with Bloodmoney, I dunno.

All Brunell had to do was put together sustained drives, he couldn't. JC also gives us hope which I don't believe the D feels Brunell does. |

Re: The Season Is Over
Well, at least we'll have a high first round pick next draft. Who should we draft?

Re: The Season Is Over
Do we still have our first round pick for the '07 draft?
