Prediction: Coaching staff next year?

Our problems on defense can't be attributed to any clash of coaching ideology. The problem is with our playmakers, or lack thereof. When you can't pressure the QB with your front four, and you cant cover with your back 4, and you dont really ever seem to create turnovers, there is not a whole lot coaching can do.

Hurrykaine, what is this clash of ideology? Be more specific? What are some of the observable ways this is playing out? I just think you are on the wrong track here.
