Heard about the Will Call fee thing?

Has anyone used will call this season? I really can't believe they could get away with this for 3 (5 including preseason) games so far this year and this is the first we've heard of it.

Side note: Here's a quick will call tip that I accidently figured out a few years ago. I was picking up tickets so I walked up to the first Will Call window I saw without noticing that it was supposed to be for people with last names starting with X-Z. There was no line so I started talking to the woman right away; I said my last name and she said I was at the wrong window, but then sort of looked around and said she'd get me my tickets anyways.
It should have taken me about 15 mintues but because of my own stupidity/drunkeness it only took me about 2.
I would only try this if there is no line at the last window just in case they make you go wait in the right line.
