Thumbs up A little ditty from NFL.com

I just read this and thought it was interesting.

1. Since 1970, only four teams that started 2-5 or worse have made the playoffs. The 2002 Jets, the 1995 Lions, the 1990 Saints and the 1970 Bengals. Right now we have 12 teams in that category and all of them have their backs to the wall. It would appear after talking to a Redskins player that all is not lost just yet and the Washington players truly feel they can be the fifth team to battle back since 1970.

NFL.com - NFL News

Maybe a little hope.

Maybe a little hope.

I dont really see how that is hope, it seems that it is near impossible to get into the playoffs according to this stat.

Re: A little ditty from NFL.com

I am actually guessing it is Portis or Moss. Both those guys are always putting a good spin on things.

It sounds impossible yes. But it can be done and at least one guy in the dressing room believes in us, so the least we can do is keep the faith and see what happens. On the brightside, if we did lose and the season is over we get to see the future of the Redskins play a little earlier right!.

But I only want to see two things.... a win over Dallas and Tony Homo.... and to see the Skins win, while I am sitting in FedEx in December.
