Don't count on it, we would rather give big money to a so so kicker with NFL experience than draft one with a lot of potential, to bad to because there are some pretty good kickers and punters I have seen this year in college.

This should have been addressed in the off season anyhow, Hall isn't that good it's not like he wasen't missing easy fieldgoals before he was hurt, and he's alway's injured. How bout letting this kid get confortable perhaps all he needs is game experience, he has to get used to the pressure which kickers have a ton of.
