Re: miami DE killed

This is horrible I just saw a video on ESPN of a family friend or coach describing the guy and he began weeping. Really tragic....

Horrible assumptions. Miami (the city) is a place full of crime and a lot of tensions from all of the illegals there. Anything could've happened, it could've even been ramdom.

Don't drag him through the mud without knowing anything.

Prayers for his family and teammates.

Everything that was said in the first post about this being drug related is just making up pull shit based on stereotypes. He wasnt walking off the field or any crap like that, he was at his apartment complex.

Also, since most of you dotn konw, the U is in Coral gables, not Miami. Look it up, Coral gables is one of the most expensive places in the country to live, its up there with beverly hills and stuff. Its far from a bar area thats full of crime.

And he was projected to be a 4th-5th round player. I dotn really know anything about him, but RIP. What a year for those guys...this is worse then any lose though...

they said on espn this morning that larry coker said that the U is playing this saturday. i think if i was running the school there would be no way my team would play. this game is pretty much meaningless in the grand scheme of things. may he RIP

Re: miami DE killed

if you were running the school there' no way you wouldn't play. there's too much money involved and too many people driven by that cash to possibly allow you to cancel a game without doing everything they can to run you out of town.

sad, but true.
