But I don't recall Snyder "firing" anyone. He should have fired the S/T and OL coaches and the Def/Coord, but did not. As I understand it, that is what was happening after year 2 that caused SS to hit the road. Great move by Snyder.

That actually goes back to the whole issue of Spurrier repeatedly refusing to go to front office meetings because he was just there to "coach football" So when a player personnel move was made he'd be in shock, but it's not like he wasn't given the opportunity to state his case
