My point is, there are plenty of variables the equate to our losing season. Sure, Joe Gibbs is going to take all the blame, but to answer YOUR poll....everybody is to blame for our team this year. That isn't to say I think everyone needs to be fired, but everybody needs to improve on their job.

That makes too much sense.

It's easier to sit back and blame one guy.
