As for talent I disagree. Spurrier left this team in shambles. When Gibbs arrived there were 2 legitimate NFL players on this team - Coles and Bailey - and both wanted out.

um, New Orleans is 8-4 (w/ more than 50% turnover from the previous year). Jets are 7-5 with less talent than us and a new coach (maybe stability is overrated. maybe we should look for competency). SF is 5-7 after getting rid of 2 of their "best" players Lloyd and Carter, and a serious lack of talent...
