You bring up a very good point. Most of us say, well, we need Gibbs to stick it out because we need to be in a stable situation or whatever. While I agree with that in principle, I'm not sure staying for five years for the sake of creating a stable environment is the solution either. Just to be clear, I'm calling for Gibbs head, I'm just saying 5 yrs of losing will eventually put us back at square one anyway.

The only way for this to really be solved is winning. Gibbs has to turn this around in the next two years.
