Come on, he's not getting burned because he's out of shape! Whatever you want to identify as the reason for Taylor's regression (personally, I tend to buy the coaching argument promulgated in that ESPN piece) Taylor remains one of the true physical specimens in this league.

What I love about Gibbs though is the humility with which he approaches his job. No ego, no I'm in the HOF and you aren't, just a genuine willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
