Secondly, as I was telling Gmanc, isn't it interesting how both Portis and Arch said that Gibbs has always been accesible and a good person to speak to? Portis, in this interview, talks about Gibbs has an open door policy and at meetings encourages people to voice their complaints. But then all the players say everything is fine but then turn right around and speak "anonymously" to the press. Everyone expects Moss and Portis to speak up for them, but Gibbs wants to hear from everyone even if you're "just a holder on extra points"

It was kind of sad in a way, because it was almost like CP was saying leave the old man alone. Made Gibbs seem kind of fragile in a way.
