Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if they put in Romo if (when) Vinny gets hurt. A buddy of mine that is insane (i.e. a Cowboys fan) actually said he'd prefer that....I haven't really paid much attention to them. But even then, Henson will still probably get in there sometime this season.

well, if they finally got that leaky QB/RB situation fixed this offseason, they have a shot... their secondary seems down right now though

7 said Henson Preseason Game 1 for Henson CP/AT YDS TD INT D. Henson 8/11 94 0 1 Preseason game 2: D. Henson 7/9 53 0 0 Thats 15-20...75% completion percentage, 7.35 per attempt The INT @ Houston was a classic rookie mistake..Henson eyeballed his intended target and the Houston defender read Hensons eyes right to the ball Although Henson didnt throw for a TD against the Raiders, Henson lead the Cowboys to their 1st preseason TD and completed 2 passes on the drive..Julius Jones did the rest on the ground |

Henson was amazing in college football. cade McNown was probably the best ever college qb, thats ive seen atleast. He used to throw for 500 yards a game without blinking, then did nothing in the NFL.
Im posing the argument in this thread that what you did in college means nothing, at the same time in another thread im talking about how dorsey will be great. This is a good example of a qb being physically gifted, versus just having a lot of mental toughness and knowing how to make plays.

The only bad thing Henson did was delay his NFL career by 3 years while whiffing on curveballs |

A quick update for you guys on Cowboy happenings today
I havent checked the threads but FYI, we signed Chad Eaton today... As I have mentioned previously we have been getting gashed on the interior run...,our young DT's (outside Glover) have been underwhelming so far in camp Jean-Jacques Taylor mentioned today he heard our PK Billy Cundiff was going to be a Jaguar by the end of the day...We signed former Giants PK Matt Bryant 2 week ago and Bryant has been $$ ever since he was signed Parcells and JJ are mulling trade offers for one of our RB's...no mention of who Jones and Anderson are locks...George, Rashard Lee and Aveion Cason are thought to be the guys...IMHO, most likely George or Cason
