Con-artist is definitely an extreme because it implies that the person is knowingly committing a crime. I don't think jsarno is trying to rob someone by pitching his system. Like everything else in life, things happen by chance, but then again smart risk taking yields people like Warren Buffet. The stock market a is a big game of chance after all.
